Terms and Conditions of Registration

    • Tuition fees are payable at the beginning of each semester. Registration, reservation fees, school fees and any other payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE at any time.
    • In the event of a withdrawal from school for any reason during the school year, school tuition fees, costs of books, activities, uniform, etc, and payment and fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE in all cases.
    • Parents will be obliged to pay the school fees in full, in the event of their child’s withdrawal from school during the academic semester.
    • Parents will cover the cost of liability (if any) in the event of a student causing injury to another student resulting in medical treatment, e.g. the medical expenses of the injured student.
    • Parents must pay the deposit requested by the school administration as a RESERVATION FEE to secure their child’s place.
    • The school will charge a penalty of £50 to parents who do not pay their tuition fee on time.
    • If the parent fails to settle due fees before the end of the academic year, the school reserves the right to stop issuance of report cards, transcripts, school records or student’s recommendations.
    • The school will not be held responsible by any means if parents fail to abide by the financial terms and timetable of the school.
    • Students who have outstanding payments will not be allowed to register for the following school year until all outstanding fees are paid.
