Rules & Regulations

  • A high level of discipline is expected in the school. Students should show respect for school staff and recognize their authority. Rough play and offensive language are not acceptable. All students will be held responsible for any misbehaviour.
  • Students should come prepared for class; bring their books, workbooks, pencils, and homework. All books, copybooks and bags should be labelled.
  • Students are expected to help keep the school clean & free from litter. They should use the rubbish bins provided.
  •  Students are expected to maintain school property in good condition as if it were their own.
  • During breaks, students are not allowed to stay in their classes unless previously authorized by a member of our staff.
  • Late students cannot be admitted to class without a permission slip signed by the supervisor. Late students should not go directly to class; instead, they should report to the supervisor, who will decide when they can be admitted to class.
  • Students must walk and not run around the school; it is both disruptive & dangerous.
  • Students need to bring their agendas to school on a daily basis. Parents need to read it with them every day for homework and new information.
  • Students are not allowed to bring toys, games or electronic devices such as mobile phones to school. Such items will be taken from students and returned at the end of the classes.
  • If you need to contact your child’s teacher, please write your comments in the agenda and the teacher will reply.
  •  If you need to set an appointment with the teacher, please call the school or the subject coordinator ahead of time to arrange an appointment.
  • If your child is sick, the teacher will notice his/her absence and save the class work he/she missed. Kindly make a note in the agenda if you know ahead of time that your child will not be attending the class on certain dates and the teacher will attach any papers in the agenda that he/she might need.
  • Please note that with drawing your child from school for a vacation during an exam session can only be approved with a certified medical reason.
  • Students who miss exams/tests due to traveling for vacations (outside of the school, holidays) will not be allowed to report the exam. In this case, a zero mark will be awarded.
  • Credit may be built-up for other assessment to replace missed exams at the discretion of the school.
